Update: HIC Active Construction

3.02 and 3.08 pad ready construction to enable the CSU Spur Water, CSU Spur Food and Bettie Cram Drive sites.

Increased construction activity will be visible on the southwest side of the campus, beginning April 1, 2020. The current parking lot for the Denver Stockyard Saloon and the Livestock Exchange Building will be reconfigured to allow for construction to begin on the CSU Spur Food and Water buildings and the new Bettie Cram Drive. Access and parking for local businesses will remain open at all times. A map of the activities can be found below.

Please be advised that additional construction activity will be present in the area. Please continue to obey all signage and flaggers.
