3.01A Stockyard Event Center (SYEC) and Stockyards Phase 1 Pad Ready
The SYEC and Stockyards Phase 1 Pad Ready is one of several projects within the National Western Center (NWC) Horizontal Integrated Contractor (HIC) program. As the HIC, Hensel Phelps (HP) will oversee Ames Construction, the prime subcontractor for the project.
Construction for this scope of work is scheduled to begin March 2019 with substantial completion anticipated in August 2019. Work includes partial salvage of the existing stockyards, demolition, clear and grub, utilities and site grading. No major impacts or detours of Race Court or National Western Drive are currently anticipated for this project.
