The National Western Center Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) meets on the last Thursday of every month. Every CAC meeting is open to the public.

- 10:30 am – Meet at Argo Park to board bus at 48th and Pennsylvania
- Bus and driver provided by the National Western Stock Show
- 10:30 am – 12:30 pm – NWC Campus and Neighborhood Tour
- 12:30 – 2:30 – Picnic and CAC Meeting at Argo Park
- Picnic sponsored by Hensel Phelps
