The Mayor’s Office of the National Western Center (NWCO) and the Horizontal Integrated Contractor (HIC) Hensel Phelps (HP) have issued a Request for Bids for 51st Bridge and Heron Pond work. Bids for Heavy Civil General Contractors will be accepted. The scope of work includes demo, earthwork, erosion control, utilities, right of way work, landscape, irrigation and levee work.
