Integrated Demolition

As the Integrated Demolition Contractor on the project, Saunders will provide: project and property management services, procurement services, demolition, abatement and site remediation services for nearly 40-50 existing structures. Construction will take place in a work order process, sequenced over a three-year span.

HOW TO WORK WITH SAUNDERS?

All subcontractors must be prequalified before working on a Saunders project. Your prequalification does not necessarily need to be complete to bid on a project. However, the prequalification process does need to be complete and approved before work is awarded.
