The CUP North Parking Garage will be the first structured parking facility on the new National Western Center campus. Once complete, it will include approximately 300 parking spaces.
The development of the Project generally consists of:
Designing, constructing, financing, operating, and maintaining the CUP N Parking Garage;
Designing, constructing, financing, operating, and maintaining additional requested elements as feasible to maximize community benefit, revenue generation, and NWC Campus activation; and
Undertaking related work on the Site, including the Site Improvements.
