In October 2018, we held a pre-information for early work packages, which included the CSU Pads (Water Building and Animal Health Complex), through the Horizontal Integrated Contractor, Hensel Phelps. Last month, CSU informed us of their plans to change the location of the CSU Center, previously anticipated for future phases of construction (aka The Triangle). CSU is developing a new site plan south of Bettie Cram Drive, to now include both the Water Building and CSU Center.
Due to this change, the program team has been working with CSU to reset new CSU Pad packages for release to industry. We anticipate that the Animal Health Complex Pad (north of Bette Cram Drive) will proceed for release in May 2019, and we will share that timing when it is available.
Currently, the program team has no schedule in place for CSU pad sites south of Bettie Cram Drive (Water Building and CSU Center). Once we receive information from CSU, we will set a new schedule for both the release of these packages and an anticipated timeline for pad construction. Thank you for your patience as we work with our partners to finalize site planning.
