Panel: Resilience and the Colorado Food System

Decisions made over the course of centuries have resulted in the food system we have today. How can it become more resilient, flexible and inclusive? On Oct. 5, 2020, the National Western Center convened national experts, as well as leaders in Colorado food and agriculture, to talk about how to build a more resilient system.
