The project consists of:
Misc. and structural demo, surveying, foundations for interior and exterior structural elements and additions, interior finishes – doors/frames/hardware, drywall, flooring, painting, interior office and shop room spaces, vehicle maintenance shop and equipment, overhead doors, plumbing, new and replacement of mechanical systems, electrical systems and lighting, re-facing exterior of the building, replacement of the roof, interior and exterior fencing, earthwork, exterior demo of hardscaping, asphalt pavement, landscaping, site utilities
