There will be a pre-bid meeting and jobsite walk for those that wish to see the existing Maintenance & Operations Facility and building conditions.
When: July 10that 1:00 PM
Where: 5125 Race Court, Denver, CO 80216
Parking will be to the north of the existing building and accessed from Race Court
It will be mandatory to bring your own PPE
GH Phipps is the General Contractor for the Maintenance & Operations Facility Renovation. Work is scheduled to begin in October 2019 and be complete by April 2020.
