At the heart of the campus is the Sue Anschutz-Rodgers Livestock Center, a facility that brings both size and character to the table. The CoBank Arena is the centerpiece of the Livestock Center — a large-scale event venue designed to host major events with impact. With a 25,284-square-foot arena floor (18,401sq. ft. with bleachers pulled out), professional rigging grid, and 65-foot 6-inch clearance, it delivers the flexibility needed for concerts, rodeos, sporting events, festivals, conventions, graduations, and more. The arena features 3,000 fixed seats, 12 premium suites, and configurations up to 1,700 for center stage or 4,800 for end stage, supported by advanced lighting, sound, and staging that create a turnkey canvas for powerful live experiences.

There are a total of 12 suites available in the CoBank Arena. Each suite contains 14 seats and have capacity for 49 individuals. The Flex Space is a versatile, mid-size venue designed to shift easily between presentations, performances, receptions, auctions, and community gatherings. With 10,363 square feet of open space, 258 fixed bleachers, 312 portable bleachers, room for 570 seats, 9 entry points, and a built-in 12’ x 22’ video wall, it can be tailored to f it a wide range of event formats. Overhead doors, a 300-amp company switch, and FOH camera and spot positions provide the technical backbone for smooth load-in and polished productions.

The Expo Halls North and South offer a combined expanse of flexible, hardscaped indoor space ideal for trade shows, conventions, exhibitions, and large-scale productions. With more than 150,000 square feet between them, 25-foot ceiling clearance with structural rigging, extensive overhead and column power, water hookups on 38 columns, and multiple docks and roll-up doors for easy access, they’re built for efficient, high-impact events. A movable partition allows the halls to function as one continuous space or as two distinct venues, giving you the flexibility to right-size any event.

The Coors Banquet Hall offers direct access to concessions, a 360-degree wraparound bar, and roll-up doors that invite the outdoors in. Designed for flexibility, the space transitions effortlessly between indoor and open-air configurations, creating a dynamic environment for social events, receptions, and high-energy gatherings.
