Construction has begun on horizontal elements such as earthwork, roads, utilities, bridges, structures and more. The Horizontal Integrated Contractor (HIC), Hensel Phelps has created a workforce program to connect you to our project and the local construction industry. The HIC’s workforce development team will have a Workforce Coordinator ready to discuss the project, available positions and available resources. This team can also guide you through the application process and enroll you in WORKNOW (a free resource that connects people to training, coaching, networking opportunities, certification guidance and employment assistance). Bilingual staff will be available to assist.
