The Horizontal Integrated Contractor (HIC), Hensel Phelps has a workforce program to connect you to our project and the local construction industry. The HIC’s workforce development team has a Workforce Coordinator ready to discuss the project, available positions, and available resources. This team can also guide you through the application process and enroll you in WORKNOW (a free resource that connects people to training, coaching, networking opportunities, certification guidance, and employment assistance).
