Construction Mobilization

As part of the National Western Center development construction is scheduled to begin on the new Livestock Center in February 2023. The contractor is preparing to mobilize onsite next week. Activities include site perimeter fencing, informational and safety signage, job site trailers, storage areas, site stabilization, and stormwater management measures.

We anticipate minimal disruption to residents and businesses. You may notice an increase in vehicle activity and movement. Construction activities will follow City and County of Denver noise ordinances and disruptive or noisy work will only be performed between the hours of 7:00am-5:00pm. We will continue to provide updates as construction activities progress.
