Crews will be adding a new water line across Franklin Street. During this construction activity, access to Franklin Street will be limited. Local and business access will remain open at all times during the closure using the marked detours. Please see map for route and detour information. Trucks must use posted detour due to low bridge north of Franklin at Brighton Boulevard and York Street. Slow speeds advised. Please obey signage and flaggers. Activities are weather dependent.
