DESCRIPTION:DATE AND LOCATION \nFebruary 11\, 2019 \n12:00pm – 4:30pm (Agenda Below) \nNational Western Complex \nBeef Palace (Map Below) \n4655 Humboldt Street\, Denver\, CO 80216 \n \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \nTHE TRIANGLE AT THE NATIONAL WESTERN CENTER WILL COMPLETE THE FUTURE PHASES OF DEVELOPMENT IDENTIFIED IN THE 2015 ADOPTED MASTER PLAN AS PHASES 3-8. \nPlease join the City and County of Denver’s Performance-Based Infrastructure office (PBI) and the Mayor’s Office of the National Western Center team along with the NWC Authority on February 11\, 2019 for a Triangle Partnership Opportunity Forum. \nThe City and County of Denver’s Performance Based Infrastructure office anticipates procuring the National Western Center “Triangle” Project as a hybrid DBFOM public-private partnership. The Triangle Project is expected to consist of: the design\, construction\, and financing of a new approximately 10\,000 seat arena\, expo hall\, rehabilitation of the historic 1909 Building and other public infrastructure; long term operations\, event programming\, and maintenance of the public facilities; and fully-integrates market real estate development on the remainder of the Triangle with the City of Denver and the NWC Authority. \nWHO SHOULD ATTEND? \nThe City and County of Denver welcomes participation for all interested parties including: infrastructure developers and equity funds; real estate developers; construction contractors; facility operators; event and booking operators; architects\, engineers\, and urban designers; and historic rehabilitation consultants. \nThe City and County is committed to Diversity and Inclusiveness pursuant to Executive Order 101 and will require participation as part of the RFQ/P. We encourage small\, women/minority-owned businesses to attend and for prime developers to network with these potential partners.
