Maintenance and Operations

GH Phipps is the General Contractor for the Maintenance & Operations Facility Renovation.  Work is scheduled to begin in October 2019 and be complete by April 2020.


We are currently accepting bids for all related subcontractor and supplier trades:

The project consists of:

Misc. and structural demo, surveying, foundations for interior and exterior structural elements and additions, interior finishes – doors/frames/hardware, drywall, flooring, painting, interior office and shop room spaces, vehicle maintenance shop and equipment, overhead doors, plumbing, new and replacement of mechanical systems, electrical systems and lighting, re-facing exterior of the building, replacement of the roof, interior and exterior fencing, earthwork, exterior demo of hardscaping, asphalt pavement, landscaping, and site utilities.

Pre-bid meeting and jobsite walk

There will be a pre-bid meeting and jobsite walk for those that wish to see the existing site and building conditions.
When:          July 10that 1:00 PM
Where:         5125 Race Court, Denver, CO 80216
Parking will be to the north of the existing building and accessed from Race Court.
It will be mandatory to bring your own PPE.
