Stockyards & Stockyard Event Center – Release date 11/14/19
Prime contractors must have submitted a prequalification application a minimum of ten (10) calendar days prior to any bid opening date. Applications must be submitted to the Department of Public Works; please view information on Contractor’s Prequalification for instructions.
Public Art Program
As part of the overall Capital Build program for the National Western Center, the overall budget includes a 1% for public art requirement. This Public Art program is run through Denver Arts and Venues. The process includes identification of locations for public art, selection of artists through an RFQ/RFP process that is managed through individual public art selection committees, design and construction coordination with artists, and long term maintenance of the constructed art pieces.
